Popular Bollywood musician Wajid Khan, half of the composer duo Sajid-Wajid, has passed away a while ago. He suffered from a coronavirus infection and eventually contracted a deadly epidemic.

Veteran musician Sonu Nigam has confirmed the death of Wajid Khan due to coronavirus. “Sad news: Renowned musician Sonu Nigam has just confirmed to me that Sajid-Wajid music composer Wajid Khan has died a while back. He was suffering from covid 19,” Faridun Shahriar tweeted.

Sajid-Wajid was closely associated with Salman Khan and composed music for films like Wanted, Dabangg, Partner, Ek Tha Tiger etc. They recently composed music for a song about Salman Khan in the middle of a lockdown.
