The government on Monday banned 59 Chinese apps about countrywide stability problems as India-China bilateral relations remain strained right after the demise of 20 Indian soldiers in the Galwan Valley clash with Chinese PLA troops in eastern Ladakh.

Other Chinese applications in the banned record are Club Manufacturing facility, SHAREit, Likee, Mi Video Simply call (Xiaomi), Weibo, Baidu, Bigo Stay and some others.
