Top Indian athletes including Rohit Sharma, Hima Das, Nikhat Jarin, Manpreet Singh, Kuldeep Yadav, Deepika Pallikal, Simranjit Kaur and Mirabai Chanu have come together to take part in the world’s largest virtual sports event.
The #HometeMero Challenge is a sports event to make a difference by uniting athletes and manufacturers around the world and dedicating their workouts to community heroes who continue to provide essential services around the world.

The challenge will be live from May 29 to June 7. For each hour of activity logged into the applications, Adidas will donate one dollar to the WHO Kavid-19 Relief Fund on behalf of the participants. Anyone can participate by downloading Adidas Running or Adidas training applications and logging in to their activities.
As part of the campaign, a series of specially modified challenges will be live on Adidas’ ongoing and training applications. Athletes are urging people to sign up and join the final grant relay, which aims to raise million 1 million for the WHO Kavid-19 Relief Fund.

To bring people of all levels together, the challenge is based on collaborations between multiple activity tracking applications – such as Garmin, Juift, Polar and Sunto where people can combine their regular workouts to contribute to Adidas applications for this reason.
Several activities are included – cycling, walking, strength training, aerobics, treadmill, soccer, basketball, boxing and tennis, to name a few.
