Sonalli Segal engages in belly dancing, fitness and yoga during lockdown [Exclusive]

Sonalli Seygal’s journey as an actress was somewhat uncertain. She had no plans to become an actor and what she wanted was to be Miss India. When she moved to Bombay and started modeling and especially when she started TV commercials she realized that she enjoyed the process of expressing emotions on camera.

He started auditioning and landed in his first film. It was during Par Ka Panchna 2, even Par Ka Panchnama when I didn’t realize that I really enjoyed the craft of acting and fell in love with the whole process of acting. PKP2 type taught him. In the middle of the lockdown, he has kept himself positively involved.

“During the lockdown I came up with some things, some routines, necessities and some hobbies. There’s a lot of cleanliness here and I have help but there’s stuff like that, I’m doing extra work which I’m doing otherwise I don’t have time, it’s like a dress, It’s kind of fun, like a deep cleansing, therapeutic because I have all the time to see it for myself.

There are some recipes that I’m experimenting with I’m not a great cook, but I enjoy it from time to time. So a lot is happening. Other than that, I try at least 5 times a week if not every day and sometimes 6 times, sometimes every day. I take it easy once or twice a week. Most of the time it’s a yoga and home workout and I spend a lot of time with my mom and dog and watch a lot of stuff on TV. Lots of movies, shows and some great things, some reading, dancing.

I take time for many hobbies that I forgot like words. I tried my hand at correcting belly dancing for which I had been taking classes for many days. Feeding the stress on the streets or anyone I can help like the slum dwellers, lots of rickshaws and dabwala unions have also tried to help and reach out. “So many days, I have no idea where my day goes, in fact the days are busier than usual,” Sonalli said.

Actresses are often trolled, less acclaimed when they post bold, or bikini-clad pictures on their social media handles. How do you perceive this behavior?

‘Don’t feel the need to honor trolls with feedback’

I don’t think it’s necessary to honor it with feedback or call them because they feel like they came here, they want people to show their reaction and they’re looking for a response and they occasionally want celebrities to come and talk about it or create this mess Do and I don’t want to give it to them. I don’t want them to be satisfied so that’s out of the question so I’ll never respond.

Also, I feel like it’s a lot better now, at first whenever I put up a bikini picture or something that was bold before it was about: 30:30,% 0% nasty comments and 30% authentic stuff and now it’s kind of the opposite so I took it The people who give up, the ones who want to troll you also give up after a while when there is no reaction when there will always be some haters and they really don’t need my attention too much that I ‘I’m talking about them.

Big said that I also feel like my mom is the one who never clicks on a bikini picture and we have a lot of smiles about it and every time I put a bikini picture she would send me an whatsapp with an angry face or eye roll so I can see her I tried to explain my thinking behind it and how I keep the balance. It’s not like watching online I’ll post bikini pictures today, it doesn’t work like this, if I feel comfortable with it then a good picture is a good picture for me.

‘If I feel comfortable in a bikini, I feel comfortable sharing with the world’

If I feel comfortable in a bikini wandering around Goa or wherever I wear it, I feel comfortable sharing with the world as much as I would like to share pictures of my kurta.

So for me, it’s art and photography at the end of the day, if it’s a beautiful picture and it’s not rude and I look beautiful and fit, I look like an inspirational person that I’ll go ahead and share it and I’m trying to explain that its Attitude but I further realized that he came from a place that would probably take time to come to terms with it and eventually he would be, as I was when I was younger in Calcutta, he was not comfortable with me even after sleeveless tops but time is running out No.

So I feel like things change, times change, ideas change and if you’re doing it with the right purpose and don’t want to bring anyone down, don’t make yourself too small but finally I’m proud of the fact that I don’t know there Add content that will not make me proud or make my family proud, I will always make my family proud. So haters can hate, and as long as I’m happy with what I’m putting in there and as long as I’m inspiring more people I’m happy with it so I’ll try to look at it.

So did you open a fitness channel?

My channel is not actually a fitness channel that I aim to make it healthier. Of course, the first video I came across was my favorite subject which is fitness and yoga, so I feel comfortable that I start with something that I feel comfortable with and I want to share with the whole world.

But in the end, there are many more videos like this coming out that are planning to come up with the next makeup video even lots of healthy recipes, lots of BTS, lots of stuff from my shoots, some dances from my show and even for fans maybe some day in my life I Just like I do, I am constantly working on ideas of how I can make it more interesting and keeping in mind the lot of advice I have received on my social media that I should come up with next.

Do you think through social media, tick, people have found a new platform to express their talents?

‘Tickling makes things a little easier’

Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like there are a lot of platforms out there these days, not just Tic Tac Toe, but YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and even just recording videos and promoting them on WhatsApp. I tick tock somehow makes Lil a little easier with all the editing features etc. and several of these are entertaining.

Many people are not able to practice due to work schedule. What is your advice for them?

I think this is a first fight or obstacle that people think people want to practice but they are so busy with their work that they don’t have time on their hands and I really believe that this is an excuse we will give ourselves and I speak for myself because There are a lot of times when I have super hack shoots where my call time is probably in the morning and I don’t act like oh because it was too early and I wouldn’t have the energy but I won’t go look fresh, but you know they Not only do we give ourselves but once you push yourself with motivation but for my body whether it is like a like shadh it is for 30 minutes or 40 minutes or honestly I have to sweat it even for 20 minutes high intensity, you get that time out And once it becomes a routine or habit, will you ever say that you have no time to eat, work is so busy but you still take it a lunch break for 15-20 minutes.

‘Health is an investment you make today and tomorrow’

Even for people who are truly living a very busy life where they are even having lunch or even have no time to implement my advice just inspire yourself because it is an investment you are making today and tomorrow investment problems only increase Pabe and I feel with regular workouts not only your body but your mind is healthy and it really takes time and if you keep me mentally and physically fit your productivity is going to increase, your work productivity will also work your growth just find a thread of motivation It needs to be done but it becomes a part of your life.
