Surface area Pro 8 leaks with 120Hz display screen and Thunderbolt help

Microsoft is preparing to launch a new Floor Pro 8 product next 7 days, and a leak appears to have exposed accurately what to be expecting. Twitter account Shadow_Leak has posted a photograph of the Surface Pro 8 from what seems to be a retail listing. The account claims the Area Pro 8 will ship with a new 13-inch 120Hz show with narrow bezels and two Thunderbolt ports.

The Verge reported last week that the Area Pro 8 would ship without the need of USB-A ports, in favor of USB-C and Thunderbolt. We also reported that Microsoft has been tests 120Hz displays for the Surface Pro lineup. The leaked graphic and specs line up with what we’ve heard from sources acquainted with Microsoft’s plans.

The leak also reveals Microsoft is moving to removable SSDs on the Floor Professional 8. That matches the Floor Laptop 4, Surface Pro X, and the business enterprise-only Floor Professional 7 furthermore and will make it much easier for corporations to swap out drives.

Microsoft is holding a Surface hardware event on September 22nd, in which we’re anticipating the business to announce the Surface Professional 8, a Area Go 3, a freshly created Floor Book 4, an updated Floor Professional X, and the successor to the Android-run Floor Duo. Remain tuned to The Verge for all the Surface area information on September 22nd, from 11AM ET / 8AM PT onwards.
