ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Immediately after suffering a concussion in the Broncos’ 7 days 4 loss to the Ravens, Teddy Bridgewater returned to conferences and the excess weight room on Wednesday.
Head Mentor Vic Fangio stated Bridgewater was permitted to observe film, and he noted that the quarterback lifted weights on Wednesday.
Bridgewater was not permitted to partake in people things to do when the Broncos have been at UCHealth Instruction Centre on Monday.
“He is finding superior,” Fangio stated Wednesday.
Bridgewater will not apply on Wednesday, but Fangio reported it’s feasible he could be a minimal participant on Thursday.
Bridgewater are not able to engage in Sunday towards the Steelers unless he is cleared from the protocol.
Extensive receiver Diontae Spencer (upper body), cornerback Pat Surtain II (upper body) and operating back Melvin Gordon III (reduced leg) are also not expected to observe on Wednesday.
Fangio stated he is “quite self-confident” Gordon will perform Sunday, and Spencer and Surtain continue being day to day.
Exterior linebacker Andre Mintze (hamstring), guards Graham Glasgow (knee) and Dalton Risner (ankle) and linebacker Baron Browning (again) have been envisioned to apply on a confined basis on Wednesday. All 4 players missed Sunday’s recreation versus the Ravens.
Fangio mentioned he also expects cornerback Ronald Darby to observe this 7 days and that it is really probable Darby could return from injured reserve to play this weekend in Pittsburgh. It is also feasible that the team could activate operating back Mike Boone from IR.
